I had the great pleasure of attending the Dave Ramsey Total Money Makeover tonight. That man is blessed with a very real vision on how ANYONE can realize life without debt, aka life without bills! Yes, it is a reality.

I will say now that I am embracing what Dave taught and I am taking the first of my “baby steps” on the road to being debt free. The man’s plan is great. It’s not magical. It won’t be easy. And, like Dave says, “your broke friends are gonna think you’re weird.”

Color me weird.

I like the idea of not making payments.
I like the idea of not wasting money on finance charges.
I like the idea of OWNING what I have
I like the idea of not being a slave!
