So I’m hanging with my man, Trent Haaga, and he’s recently taken this renegade approach to independent film distribution. I really dig that. I’m a typical white guy who has many hangups about corporate workings and such. So, him and the writer/director stepping out there and “sticking it to the man” is just awesome.
So, here’s the deal. If you’re a film fanatic like myself and you love the sick and depraved films of the 70s and 80s, please, go now and download Easter Bunny, Kill! Kill! for only $3.99. Dude, you can’t rent a flick at Blockbuster for that price. Download it, burn it to disc and enjoy – or just watch it on your PC.
Again – be warned – this flick is, as stated, sick and depraved as well as lewd, crude, violent, and sinister - among other things. It’s not a family film, unless your last name is Manson.
Don’t do this for me, or even Trent – do this for Independent filmmakers everywhere. For those that spend countless hours of countless days writing, shooting, chopping and shopping their films just to be told, in an ever-so-politely-indignant tone, “we’re just not buying anything at the moment, the market is down.”

I’ve seen the flick, and I think it’s well worth the download price. Easter Bunny Kill Kill is the only modern day flick that harkens back to the days of exploitation filmmaking that actually gets it right. So most def, support these guys and see a kickass movie while you’re at it!
